Title: Project Engineer – (Energy Systems Integration)

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Novi, MI.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of all Energy Systems sub‑systems (HV Battery, Thermal, Charging, HV/LV Bus, HV Safety) into the vehicle platform to meet metrics on time and with quality.
• Coordinate work and rapid studies across the Energy Systems organization; support weekly team kickoff meetings and manage agenda topics.
• Own integration of all HV components into the HV Bus Architecture, including mechanical and electrical interfaces and requirements.
• Own HV and support LV bus specification documents, as well as the HV mechanization diagram.
• Work with Functional Safety and HV Safety teams to define validation test plans.
• Provide strong expertise in integrating power electronics into the HV bus.
• Participate in DFMEA reviews and cross functional engineering discussions.‑functional engineering discussions.
• Adapt to changing work packages throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in electrical mechanical automotive or equivalent engineering degree
• Minimum 3 yrs. Experience in HV Battery, Thermal, Charging, HV/LV Bus, HV Safety
• Minimum 3 yrs. Experience in systems engineering for electric vehicle energy/HV/LV systems.
