Job Description:

As a Sales Business leader in West Coast, US - you will lead our efforts to connect with and serve our existing & prospective customers, playing a pivotal role in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding presence in the region. work together with colleagues from office in Novi, Michigan.

Experience: 10 to 15 +years

Location: South California West Coast, US

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for automotive electronics test and validation products targeted at customers in the California region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market through market analysis and competitor assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions (Hardware and Software products designed for engineering excellence)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Stay informed about local industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars and customer visits, supported by our marketing department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher educational degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Technology, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful Sales management in the automotive electronics test and development tools sector.
  • Professional experience working in US, California.
  • Understanding complex electronics systems and their test and validation in automotive settings.
  • Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze local market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English is crucial for effective communication with customers.
  • Openness to travel to different customer sites in the US region.
